8 month progress update eating anabolic and gym 6 7 days a week Give myself a cheat day once every couple of weeks. Just started a lean bulk upping my calories by 300. r fitness30plus Very well made.
30 pounds down in a year and a half I workout twice a week eat twice a day between 12am and 8pm only 10 more to go r intermittentfasting Very well made.
