I am finishing this 30 day challenge tomorrow I slowly getting back into jump rope. Where should I go from here I want to balance my improvements vs. avoiding burnout. Thank you Very well made.
Body transformation goals Left one is how I look and right pic is my dream body. I jump rope 30 mins a day and do resistance training 5 days a week Very well made.
Left 66kg rope jumping only Right 73kg weight training rope jumping trying my best to reach around 67 68kg. I hope this works out. r jumprope Very well made.
Though I ve had a lot of weight loss success a meniscus tear at end of last year had me ballooning back to 200lbs. Jump roping and intermittent fasting have been the cornerstones Very well made.
